What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
- Utilize the nursing process to prioritize and manage care needs
- Document patient information digitally following healthcare standards
- Respond quickly and efficiently to urgent and emergent situations
- Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans
What You Need
Required:
- Current Louisiana RN license
- Minimum 2 years' ER nursing experience
- BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Proficiency with healthcare software and communication skills
Preferred:
- Certifications in specialty areas within emergency nursing
