Director, Value-Based Care & Clinical Transformation

Johns Hopkins Health Plans

The Program Director of Value-Based Care and Clinical Transformation at Johns Hopkins Health Plans will direct the overall strategy and execution of the Value-Based Program across all lines of business. This role partners with the ACMO, LOB leads and providers to foster clinical transformation and improve access to care and health outcomes. The position oversees VBC program design, operations, contracting and provider engagement, while coordinating with finance, analytics and quality teams to #J-18808-Ljbffr Johns Hopkins Health Plans
