Epic Certified IT Program Manager

To lead the development and administration of the Epic Factory AI Program and other strategic initiatives, the full-time Epic Certified IT Program Manager will work remotely, collaborating with IT leadership and business units to solve technology-related business problems and drive project completion. Key responsibilities Develops business cases and requirements in collaboration with IT leadership and business units to address technology-related challenges Coordinates and monitors project activities, providing technical direction to ensure compliance with design and quality standards Mentors IT team members in workflow and functionality, enhancing existing systems and processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field Epic clinical application certification (e.g., Ambulatory, Orders, ClinDoc) At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in information systems with technical or project management exposure Strong understanding of software architecture and healthcare standards Demonstrated experience leading complex, high-visibility projects from concept through execution
