Impactful Housing Stability Case Manager

Laurel Hill Center in Eugene, OR, is seeking a SHS Case Manager to provide supportive housing services at The Nel. You will collaborate with housing providers and community agencies to obtain and maintain permanent supportive housing for participants with disabilities. The schedule runs Sunday to Wednesday, 8:00 am–6:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch. The role requires proactive engagement, documentation, and teamwork to support housing stability and crisis intervention. #J-18808-Ljbffr
