We’re looking for a skilled Med Tech Caregiver to join our team and help us continue to create a warm, welcoming environment for those we serve.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Med Tech Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitoring residents’ health and reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Assisting residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Building meaningful relationships with residents to provide emotional support and companionship.
• Maintaining accurate records of care and medication administration.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dedicated professional who brings both experience and a caring heart to the role. To be successful, you should have:

• At least 3 years of experience in caregiving or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow medication administration protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with residents, families, and team members.
• A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
• The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
