IT Business Analyst

Enterprise Capital Management Technology Team Position
Our Enterprise Capital Management technology team is in search of a strong individual performer who can thrive in a fast-paced agile environment. The objective is to ensure compliance from a regulatory capital reporting perspective under the Basel rules through a stable, scalable, and sustainable capital reporting and analysis platform.
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Salary Range: Competitive
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Python development
- 5-8 years of SQL programming experience, preferably with Oracle Exadata
- 5 years of UNIX scripting experience
- Experience with agile methodologies and SDLC processes
- Knowledge and/or experience with Hadoop or other big data distributed ecosystems
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Degree from an outstanding university
- Background in capital calculations
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or any quantitative discipline
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain calculator code using Python and SQL
- Support different SDLC environments
- Conduct product data analysis on issues
- Join scrum calls and provide updates
- Collaborate with BA and Tech Lead/Manager
