CRM Residential seeks a Certification Specialist to support resident services and compliance at our New Jersey properties. You will work under the Community Manager to ensure accurate certifications, occupancy controls and timely recertifications per HUD guidelines. Responsibilities include resident screening, processing applications for eligibility, maintaining files, responding to inquiries and coordinating daily office tasks.
