Brand Standards, Guest Experience, & Food Safety Advisor

EcoSure, the brand protection division of Ecolab partners with global brands to create end‑to‑end brand protection strategies. The Brand Protection Advisor will deliver on‑site evaluations, coaching, and insights that elevate food safety, guest experience, workplace safety, and operational excellence in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities Conduct brand protection visits at client locations using consulting, coaching, and training to meet client expectations. Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings, areas of improvement, and recommendations to client leadership. Partner with other EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges. Complete a budgeted number of visits each week, delivering an exceptional client experience. Utilize an iPad, Microsoft Suite, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology to ensure efficient planning and perform essential job functions. Support the growth initiatives of the company and its clients. Adhere to HIPAA guidelines (where applicable) while completing operational visits within hotels, restaurants, convenience stores, education, healthcare, and senior living facilities. Position Details Candidate must reside within a commutable distance of Tampa, FL. Up to 50% overnight travel may be required. The role requires occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate. Depending on customer requirements, obtaining ServSafe and/or CP‑FS certification may be a condition of continued employment. Physical Requirements Exposure to food made from or with animal products and/or top allergens. Lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds. Inspecting client playgrounds by climbing, crawling in tight areas, and going down tube slides. Bending, squatting, shifting, and adjusting movement to assess areas low to the ground and above the head. Standing and walking for extended periods at client locations. Driving and/or flying to client locations as needed; must have proper documentation for driving (e.g., Real ID). Driving a company‑paid vehicle as required; pre‑employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks will be performed. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma. Two years of hospitality industry‑related experience. Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions. Minimum age 21 years. No immigration sponsorship available for this position. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in culinary, hospitality, or business. Multilingual (Spanish and French preferred). High‑level customer service and advanced consultative skills. Ability to work well under pressure, juggle tasks, and work efficiently against deadlines. Strong planning and organizational skills and high attention to detail. Ability to work effectively without supervision, show initiative, good judgment, and superior decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
