Physical Therapist | Full-Time Clinical Opportunity

Location: Grandview, MO
Employment: Full-Time
Pay Range: $90,000–$100,000 per year
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Snapshot

This is a full-time Physical Therapist role for a clinician who enjoys working closely with patients and helping them reach functional goals. The position includes patient evaluations, treatment planning, therapy sessions, progress tracking, and education for continued recovery at home.

You will help patients improve strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and comfort while supporting their ability to return to work, daily routines, hobbies, and independent movement.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new patients and determine physical therapy needs
• Design treatment plans based on patient condition, goals, and progress
• Provide therapeutic exercise, mobility training, strengthening, and functional activities
• Support recovery for patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, injury-related, or mobility concerns
• Educate patients on exercises, posture, body mechanics, and activity modifications
• Update patient goals and care plans as progress is made

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Clear communication and patient education skills
• Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred, though not required
