In this role, you’ll take charge of sourcing the freshest catch, creating eye‑catching displays, managing inventory and ordering, ensuring food safety and cleanliness, and leading a confident, caring team. Your leadership will set the tone for quality and service. Responsibilities Source the freshest seafood and create eye‑catching displays. Manage inventory and ordering of seafood products. Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and adherence to regulations. Lead and train a team, fostering confidence and care. Assist customers in selecting products and provide knowledgeable service.
