Compensation and Schedule Details You will receive weekly compensation ranging from $18.75 to $20.00 per hour, with opportunities available across multiple shift options. Core Responsibilities Accurately collect, weigh, and portion ingredients based on established recipes Manage the operation of large-scale industrial mixing machinery Ensure production efficiency by lifting containers up to 50 lbs Conduct routine maintenance checks to keep equipment running smoothly Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by adhering to all safety protocols Support sanitation efforts by cleaning and disinfecting batching tools Provide support to the broader production line as operational needs arise Contribute to a more efficient facility by keeping your workstation tidy and orderly Required Qualifications Prior background in a food production setting is highly valued Demonstrated ability to function effectively both solo and within a group Strong sense of personal initiative and consistent attendance Capacity to remain on your feet for the duration of an 8–10 hour shift Physical capability to perform bending, reaching, and stooping motions throughout the day Ability to safely handle and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs Comfort working in environments with lower temperatures Consistent weekly paychecks #J-18808-Ljbffr Accelera Staffing
