Futures Client Services Specialist (available for all shifts around the clock)

We are seeking two dedicated and detail-oriented Futures Client Services Specialists to join our team for the 7:30 am to 4 pm shift Monday through Friday and the 6 pm to 2:30 am Sunday through Thursday. The candidate must be willing to cover all shifts as needed. Training New hires will complete two weeks of training on the day shift before transitioning to their assigned schedule. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assisting customers in a variety of issues Risk management with futures and options trading, including executing trades Executing orders for clients Engaging with customers via phone, email, and chat Assisting current customers on using our technology Setting up customers with access to trading systems and troubleshooting trading software connection issues Assisting with the firm’s back-office operations on an as-needed basis Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 2 year of commodities industry experience Knowledge of the futures and options industry is a must Experience in risk management in the futures industry Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel Understanding of industry trading platforms and back-end technology Strong communication skills and professional attitude Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy periods Willingness to learn and take direction Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field #J-18808-Ljbffr Ironbeam, Inc.
