Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly organized Customer Service Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal production teams, managing customer communications, order documentation, project updates, and data accuracy throughout the production process.

The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, solution-focused approach.


Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and clients.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide regular updates regarding project status, production schedules, and order progress.
• Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, customer specifications, and project documentation.
• Enter, update, and audit data within company systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of customer requests and procurement requirements.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, account coordination, or administrative roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Adobe software is preferred.
• Strong data entry and record management skills.
• Professional attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
