Coinbase is seeking an experienced M&A and Accounting Policy Manager to lead the accounting across the full lifecycle of transactions. The role sits on the Accounting team and reports to the Director of Reporting and Technical Accounting Policy. You will evolve policies for new products and complex deals, partnering with Legal, Tax, and Controllership. You will own end-to-end purchase accounting, supervise external consultants, and craft memos and disclosures for SEC filings, ensuring SOX #J-18808-Ljbffr Coinbase
