Role Atwell is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor serving as a Survey Project Manager, bringing expertise and leadership to drive complex, high-impact projects while guiding teams through large-scale initiatives across power & energy, renewable infrastructure, and land development. What You’ll Do Lead survey operations on power and energy projects Manage survey crews and office staff while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance Oversee data collection, review, and analysis using Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and public agencies Mentor and develop junior team members What You Bring Professional Survey License (PLS / RLS) strongly preferred 8+ years of survey or civil engineering experience with utility/power & energy focus Strong leadership skills with ability to manage teams and budgets Advanced knowledge of construction staking, GPS, traversing, and plan interpretation Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center Benefits and Compensation Salary: 95K-140K Pay Range: $95,000 USD - $140,000 USD Flexible work arrangements; hybrid work options where available Generous Paid Time Off Paid Parental Leave 401K match up to 4% Tuition Assistance Student Loan Repayment Paid Licensing / Certification Fees and Renewals Wellness benefits and health insurance Employee referrals and recognition programs #J-18808-Ljbffr Atwell, LLC
