Licensed Practical Nurse | Long Term Care | Silver City, New Mexico

Weekly pay: $855-$884 per week
Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
Shift: 3x12-hour days (06:00–18:30)
Setting: LTC - Nursing Home; Travel - Temporary Assignment

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents following individualized care plans
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately
- Monitor residents, record vital signs, and report changes promptly to the care team
- Assist with activities of daily living and routine rehabilitative tasks
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and participate in shift handoffs
- Ensure infection control practices, safety protocols, and quality-of-care standards

Requirements
- Current LPN license in New Mexico or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse program
- Prior experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a long-term care environment
- Strong communication skills and teamwork in a multidisciplinary setting
