Food Server

Part-Time | Culinary Aide

Current Available Shifts and Schedule:

- Evening: 4:30pm-7:30pm

- 5 shifts, 15 hours per two-week pay period

- 4 shifts, 12 hours per two-week pay period

- Schedules includes working every other weekend and every other holiday.

Pay Range: $18.44 – $25.03 per hour (based on experience)

The Difference You’ll Make

- Provide friendly, attentive meal service to residents and tenants in accordance with menu and diet guidelines

- Serve meals accurately and efficiently while supporting a positive dining experience

- Clear tables, assist with dish removal, and maintain cleanliness of dining areas

- Support additional nutrition service duties as assigned to ensure smooth dining operations

- Follow diet cards, menus, and service instructions to ensure accurate meal delivery

- Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and a positive attitude toward residents, families, and team members

- Work collaboratively with culinary and dining team members to support quality service

Minimum Qualifications

- 1+ year of previous serving or hospitality experience

- Ability to read English and follow diet cards, menus, and production sheets

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

- Ability to meet physical demands of the position (standing, walking, lifting trays, etc.)

Preferred

- Experience in senior living, healthcare dining, or restaurant environments
