Parts Representative

Forest River

Forest River, Inc., the Nation's largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats has an immediate opening.

Responsibilities

Take parts orders form clients through phone and email correspondences
Provide dealers and customers intermediate technical assistance when needed
Identify and package parts for shipment via UPS or freight truck
Pull parts from production plant
Order parts on computer for vendors
Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills 40-60 wpm preferred
Understanding of standard RV Warranty Policy and procedures
Handle customer service by phone or in person
RV Technical knowledge is preferred, willingness to learn is required
Must be able to read and use a measuring tape
Previous power tool experience is beneficial
Ability to lift, or assist in lifting, packages up to 60 lbs
Forklift operating experience is a plus
Ability to construct wood crates using power nail gun and saws is a plus
