Front Desk Attendant Hyannis, MA Join Our Team! We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Attendant to join our hotel team in Hyannis, MA. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout each guest's stay. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing outstanding hospitality and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and courteous attitude Manage hotel guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, hotel amenities, and local area information Address guest requests, concerns, and service issues promptly and professionally Process payments and maintain accurate guest records Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction Monitor reservations and room availability using hotel management software Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area Complete daily reports, data entry, and other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel management systems Ability to multitask and remain professional in a busy hospitality environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed Preferred Previous hotel, hospitality, guest services, front desk, receptionist, tourism, or customer service experience Experience with hotel reservation or property management systems Knowledge of the Hyannis and Cape Cod area What We Offer Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible employees) Paid time off and holiday payEmployee hotel discounts Opportunities for advancement and professional growth Positive and supportive team environment Why Join Us?
