Make a meaningful impact working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a collaborative educational setting! This full-time contract opportunity centers on providing services to an Early Intervention (EI) Program, supporting young children in their early developmental years. Based near Corvallis, OR, you’ll be part of a dynamic evaluation team and have the benefit of ongoing support from experienced colleagues in the EI department. Your work will be instrumental in helping children build communication skills and reach essential milestones.

What You’ll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Previous experience with early childhood or early intervention programs preferred
• Strong assessment skills and familiarity with evaluations for young children
• Comfort working in an itinerant role, traveling between sites as needed
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to fostering growth and inclusive support for all students

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for children in EI
• Develop and implement individualized intervention strategies in alignment with best practices
• Collaborate actively with the EI team and families to support each child’s development
• Deliver services across multiple locations as part of an itinerant role
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports for each student in compliance with program guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development
