As our Marketing & Communications Specialist , you will serve as the key connection between RINGANA and our independent sales partners across the U.S. You'll bring global business initiatives to life by adapting communications for the American market, creating engaging content, and delivering programs that educate, inform, and inspire our Partner community. Working closely with colleagues in Austria and other international markets, you'll help ensure a consistent brand experience while supporting the continued growth and success of our direct sales network.

Scope/Responsibilities

• Adapt global communication concepts and campaigns for the U.S. market, ensuring relevance to local business needs and culture

• Develop, localize, and execute communications for U.S. RINGANA Partners across digital and print channels

• Manage and maintain content across websites, email marketing platforms, knowledge bases, and other communication channels

• Collaborate closely with headquarters in Austria to ensure brand and communication guidelines are followed while identifying opportunities to better support the U.S. market

• Coordinate cross-functional communication campaigns with internal stakeholders

• Review communication channels regularly to ensure content remains accurate, current, and consistent

• Support the rollout of Business Development initiatives, including promotions, incentives, recognition programs, and digital campaigns

• Implement training and information initiatives for RINGANA Partners, including webinars, conferences, e-learning programs, and incentive trips, based on the global strategy.)

• Monitor communication performance and prepare reports to evaluate campaigns and partner engagement

• Collaborate with international teams, including Latin America to share best practices and maintain consistency across markets

Qualifications & Profile

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, content management, or a related role

• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex information into engaging, easy-to-understand content

• Experience managing digital content across multiple communication channels

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Hands-on, collaborative mindset with creativity, initiative, and attention to detail

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common content management, email marketing, and digital communication tools

• Understanding of direct sales, social selling, or network marketing is considered an advantage

• Experience working in an international environment is a plus

• Fluent in English; Spanish is an advantage

Salary

• $55,000-$70,000
