1st Shift Punch Press Machine Operator Location: Addison, IL, Pay: $22.00 per hour, Shift: 1st Shift, Job Type: Full-Time, Experience Level: Entry-Level / 0-2 Years We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production operator to join our manufacturing team in Addison, IL. In this role, you will operate production equipment, assemble and package products, inspect finished goods, and help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient production environment. Job Description Operate production equipment according to standard work instructions and procedures. Load and unload materials, components, and finished products. Perform assembly, machine operation, packaging, and other manufacturing activities. Inspect products to ensure they meet quality requirements and specifications. Complete production records and documentation accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S Principles. Assist with equipment changeovers and basic machine setup activities. Monitor equipment performance and report operational, quality, or safety concerns. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work practices. Work with the team to achieve daily production, quality, and efficiency goals. Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50lbs. Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
