Physical Therapist – Fairbanks, Alaska Provide comprehensive physical therapy services including evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation of care for patients across various age groups. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patient functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver safe, effective therapy and adjust care based on patient progress Set measurable goals and coordinate discharge planning Educate patients, families, and care teams on treatment plans and progress Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to support optimal outcomes Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff as appropriate Participate in departmental operations, quality improvement, and productivity standards Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (APTA or equivalent) Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) in Alaska Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Strong clinical knowledge, communication, and critical thinking skills Ability to use patient care technology and therapy equipment Acute care experience preferred (required for certain roles) Key Highlights: Full-time, flexible schedule (4x10s or 5x8s) $44.09–$70.54/hour + $20,000 retention bonus Up to $7,500 relocation assistance + 90 days housing Open to new graduates Comprehensive benefits, PTO, and education support APPLY TODAY with an updated resume to be immediately considered #L1-JW1
