Location: Hanover, MD Eligible for Quarterly Driver incentive and $50 per day per diem on nights out (staying in hotel) Shift: Full-time Monday–Friday Why Join Us? The Role: You will operate heavy-duty delivery trucks (avg 26,000 lbs), managing established routes and providing top-tier service to our clients. Efficient Delivery: Navigate routes safely in various weather and traffic conditions. Customer Connection: Deliver products, and maintain positive client relationships. Precision & Safety: Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain electronic logs (E‑logs). Hands-on Logistics: Load and unload merchandise (up to 50 lbs) and assist in warehouse operation when needed. What you need: The License: Valid CDL with a solid driving record. The Physical: Ability to handle strenuous physical work, including lifting, pulling, pushing 50+ lbs and maneuvering in/out of the cab. The Mindset: Knowledge of DOT regulations and a "safety-first" attitude. The Flexibility: Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends to beat the traffic and meet customer needs. The Tech: Comfortable using tablets for E‑logs and reporting.
