Position Summary The Epicor Eclipse ERP Administrator will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and optimization of the Eclipse ERP system to support the strategic goals of the organization. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and strong business acumen to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system and its integration with other business applications. Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day technical support and troubleshooting for end‑users, ensuring effective utilization of Eclipse and adherence to best practices. Collaborate with key stakeholders, department leads, and IT teams to understand the organization's strategic priorities and assist with the development and execution of Eclipse strategy. Evaluate Eclipse and identify areas for improvement, customization, and/or integration to meet the organization's evolving needs. Lead and evaluate the full lifecycle of Eclipse projects, from requirements gathering and system design to implementation, testing, and ongoing support. Design and configure Eclipse modules, workflows, and interfaces based on business requirements. Create and update documentation related to the ERP, business processes, and companion products/3rd Party Integrations. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business processes and integrate Eclipse with other business applications (e.g. CRM, eCommerce, WMS, and Payables). Provide ongoing maintenance and analysis to assure optimal performance and sustainability of Eclipse. Provide general end‑user IT support and training as needed. Requirements 3+ years of experience with ERP administration. Understanding of Eclipse file structure and reporting (strongly preferred). Experience with supporting Epicore Eclipse companion products (preferred). Strong writing and communication skills. Nice-to-Haves Business Analysis skills to analyze processes and requirements. Strategic Thinking to align ERP with long‑term goals. Project Management proficiency to plan and execute ERP projects. Change Management knowledge for managing organizational change. Excellent Communication and Collaboration skills. Strong Problem‑Solving abilities to troubleshoot and optimize performance.
