Mandatory Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an American Bar Association-accredited law school
- Active Colorado Bar license with no exceptions
- Three or more years of litigation experience within a law firm
- Current residence in or near Denver, Colorado
- Strong legal research, writing, communication, and case-management skills
Preferred Experience
- Insurance defense and coverage disputes
- Personal injury and premises liability
- Construction litigation
- First-party and third-party insurance claims
- Bad-faith litigation
- Depositions and dispositive motions
- State and federal court hearings
- Coverage opinions and examinations under oath
The selected attorneys will manage matters from pre-litigation analysis and client recommendations through discovery, trial, and appeal.
