Per Diem Geriatrician — Outpatient PACE Care

Providence ElderPlace in Seattle, Washington seeks a compassionate per-diem Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with an interest in geriatric medicine to join a team of caring, established providers. The role focuses on geriatrics within the PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model, delivering comprehensive, elder-centered care.
