Data Entry Pharmacy Technician

NOTICE: SpecialtyRx is seeking Registered Data Entry Pharmacy Technician located in the surrounding areas of Sandy Springs, GA.

Responsibilities:

• Enter new orders for staff pharmacist review.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate customer information.
• Generate labels for dispensing.
• Answer phones and respond to order inquiries.
• Clarify orders as needed.
• Triage incoming faxes.

Qualifications:

• Registered Pharmacy Technician with Georgia Board of Pharmacy.
• Previous experience in pharmacy required .
• Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.
• Must be multi-tasking and reliable.
• Knowledge of SIG-Codes.
• Quick typing skills.
• Computer literate, knowledge of Frameworks LTC system, preferred .

Shift: 

• 2:30pm-11:00pm, Onsite
