We're building our PRN PTA team and offering competitive per-visit pay with a flexible schedule. Pay Rates - Per Completed Visit Per Visit - $45 Downtime (pre-approved wait time) - $32/hr Premium Add-ons Same-Day / Urgent: +$15 Weekend: +$20 Holiday: +$30 "Completed" = visit done in the home + documentation finished in EMR within 24 hours + orders/signatures uploaded + meets QA standards. Service Area & Schedule Cleveland / Northeast Ohio | Weekdays, weekends, evenings, on-demand - with a flexible schedule. Responsibilities Perform physical therapy assistant services in the home setting. Complete documentation in the EMR within 24 hours of each visit. Upload orders/signatures and ensure QA standards are met.
