Looking for a strong leader with a background of managing processes and people.Friday-Sunday, weekend shift, with flexibility to adjust to other shifts as needed.Lead shift operations across inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and shippingEnsure all orders are processed with accuracy and on-time departure (OTD) metricsBalance labor across zones based on volume fluctuations and workloadDrive adherence to work standards, SOPs, and customer requirementsDirectly supervise associates, leads, and team coordinatorsConduct pre-shift huddles outlining goals, safety focus, and performance expectationsCoach employees on productivity, quality, and safety standardsManage attendance, discipline, and performance improvement plans (PIPs)Develop bench strength by identifying and mentoring future leadersThe Operations Supervisor role has a national salary range of $62,500 - $70,000.For roles in California the range is $70,304 - $82,000 and for roles in Washington the range is $80,169 - $82,000.DHL Supply Chain offers multiple benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription, Discounted Stock Purchase, 401K and a generous PTO policy.As an Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouses.
