About The Role Duty Manager – responsible for assisting and supporting the management team in running shifts, involved in both back‑of‑house and front‑of‑house duties. Train and guide staff to elevate the bar experience. Responsibilities Assist and support management in shift operations. Perform back‑of‑house duties as needed. Provide training and guidance to staff. Maintain high‑quality customer service. Ensure bar is a destination people want to visit. Perform any other duties assigned by management. Physical & Scheduling Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods throughout a shift. Move frequently between floors and navigate stairs. Bend, stretch, reach, and maneuver in tight service spaces. Lift and move items up to 50 lbs (kegs, cases, equipment, and supplies). Work in a fast‑paced, loud, and high‑energy environment. Meet legal eligibility requirements to serve and handle alcohol in accordance with state law. Requirements Minimum availability of 45 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age due to the sale, service, and handling of alcoholic beverages. About You Prior experience in a similar role.
