Automated Machine Operator

Automated Machine Operator Location: Lynchburg, OH Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour Schedule: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Tools of the Trade Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude Basic math and measurement skills Good manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work overtime as needed Experience with soldering processes preferred Knowledge of surface mount technology (SMT) and electronic assembly processes preferred Experience with ASM placement equipment, Universal PTH machines, or similar equipment is a plus Familiarity with electronic components and workmanship standards preferred Previous manufacturing or electronics production experience preferred Your Day-to-Day Operate automated production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on quality and efficiency Read and interpret customer prints, work orders, and production instructions Operate high-speed production equipment, including screen printing, paste inspection, pick-and-place, and reflow processes Set up and verify components for production runs according to work order requirements Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with production specifications Track production activities using routers and other manufacturing documentation Troubleshoot equipment and process issues and communicate concerns to supervisors Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support manufacturing operations Maintain equipment, workstations, and production areas in a clean and organized condition Perform additional duties as assigned to support production goals Why This Gig Rocks Weekly paychecks that reflect your work Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance + Disability coverage Safe shop environment Steady work with reliable hours, strong crew, and rewarding perks Your Role on the Floor Operate machines with precision and focus Spot breakdowns fast and get operations back on track Inspect finished parts to ensure quality Adjust tools and settings as needed Keep safety first, always Equal Opportunity Employer Staffmark is an equal opportunity employer.
