Part-Time Clinical Nursing Faculty

Chamberlain University is seeking a Part-Time Clinical Nursing Faculty member to join our Education, Training & E-Learning department within the Educational Services industry. In this role, you will help shape the next generation of nurses by providing high-quality clinical instruction to pre-licensure nursing students in a variety of healthcare settings. Drawing on your recent clinical experience, you will supervise students in patient care environments, model professional nursing practice, and support the development of clinical judgment, critical thinking, and compassionate, evidence-based care.

As part-time clinical faculty, you will collaborate closely with course faculty and academic leadership to implement established curricula, align clinical experiences with course outcomes, and ensure that clinical objectives are met. You will orient students to the clinical site, provide direct supervision and coaching during patient care, evaluate student performance using standardized rubrics, and offer timely, constructive feedback. You will document student progress, identify learning gaps, and contribute to remediation and support plans as needed.
