Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring School Psychologists for the 2026-2027 school year in the greater Portland, OR area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting. **Why Join Us*** Competitive pay ($58-65/hour)* W-2 employment with liability insurance included* Healthcare benefits\* + 401(k) with company match* Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses* Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses* Mentorship and ongoing support from school-based professionals**What You'll Do*** Provide school psychology services in the school setting* Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports* Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans* Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams* Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills* Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records* Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed**What We're Looking For*** Master’s Degree in School Psychology* Active Oregon School Psychologist License* Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required**About Ampersand Therapy**Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
