Procure Personnel is seeking a motivated and professional Bilingual On-Site Supervisor to support daily staffing operations at a leading manufacturing facility in Freeland PA:

• $18.00 Per Hour.
• Day Shift Schedule.

What Youll Do:

• Track employee attendance and work hours.
• Conduct new hire orientations.
• Communicate with employees and management daily.
• Adjust schedules to meet production needs.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Serve as the liaison between employees and client management.

What Were Looking For:

• Bilingual in English & Spanish (Required).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Administrative or supervisory experience.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
