Senior Technical Program Manager, Finance Engineering - Activision Your Mission As a Senior Technical Program Manager, Finance Engineering you will lead complex, enterprise-scale initiatives that enable and scale Activision Blizzard’s finance technology ecosystem. You will partner closely with Finance, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact programs from inception through execution and ongoing operations. Success in this role means driving clarity, alignment, and measurable outcomes across a diverse portfolio while continuously improving processes and enabling innovation within Finance Engineering. In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $80,800.00 - $149,400.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
