Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Concrete) 
Job Location: Boise, ID 
Salary: $170k-$190k + bonus 
Requirements: 5+ years of concrete Project Management experience

 

This is a full-time, permanent role with a highly respected Design/Build General and Concrete Contractor known for stability, strong leadership, and a culture that values humility, accountability, and team success. Due to sustained growth, they are expanding their concrete operations and seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex structural concrete projects and mentor project teams.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead and manage concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Ensure alignment with design, budget, schedule, and quality expectations
• Serve as the communication hub between field teams, office staff, and stakeholders
• Mentor and develop project engineers and project managers
• Review and manage contract documents, budgets, schedules, and scopes of work
• Drive accountability, problem-solving, and proactive issue resolution
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and documentation

What You Need to Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a concrete Project Manager
• Strong background in structural concrete , including podiums, mid-rise, parking structures, or similar
• Ability to develop and manage CPM schedules
• Ability to interpret contracts, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
