You will keep the office running as the steady center — coordinating office duties, calls, and details so that all team members are free to be fully present with families. This operations excellence creates the space for ministry to happen. You will build real knowledge of cemeteryoperations — not just to answer questions, but guide families with confidence through the Order of Christian Funerals and the choices in front of them, at a moment when they may not know what to ask.
