Join our team as a Nail Salon Manager and lead our vibrant team in delivering exceptional nail care services. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your passion for beauty with your leadership skills in a friendly and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily salon operations.
- Support, coach, and develop team members.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Help grow memberships and guest loyalty.
- Assist with scheduling and salon organization.
- Maintain a positive and professional team environment.
- Help the salon meet performance goals.
Required
- Membership growth and retention are critical measures of success in this position.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong customer service background.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Positive actitud.
- 13+ years of leadership or management experience in a salon, spa, wellness, or beauty business.
- Current or former nail technician experience highly preferred.
- Experience supporting and developing employees.
