About the Role:
Join our team as a Nail Salon Manager and lead our vibrant team in delivering exceptional nail care services. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your passion for beauty with your leadership skills in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily salon operations.
Support, coach, and develop team members.
Deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Help grow memberships and guest loyalty.
Assist with scheduling and salon organization.
Maintain a positive and professional team environment.
Help the salon meet performance goals.

Qualifications

Required

Membership growth and retention are critical measures of success in this position.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Strong customer service background.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Positive actitud.

Preferred

13+ years of leadership or management experience in a salon, spa, wellness, or beauty business.
Current or former nail technician experience highly preferred.
Experience supporting and developing employees.
