Daily Responsibilities:

• Perform pediatric physical therapy evaluations, assessments, and reassessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
• Provide skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, neuromuscular re-education, and functional mobility training.
• Incorporate hippotherapy techniques to support motor development, coordination, strength, and functional independence.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, and discharge plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
