Monitor and respond to all internet leads (website and third-party sources) Build and maintain a prospecting pipeline Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text Provide pricing, financing options, and vehicle availability Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective buyers Present and demonstrate vehicles in-person and online Assist customers with credit applications (online and in-store) Follow dealership sales processes and best practices Stay up to date on product knowledge, certifications, and market trends Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals Qualifications

Strong desire to succeed and earn based on performance Experience providing excellent customer service Automotive experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate Outgoing, relationship-driven personality (“people person”) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Comfortable asking for the sale and closing deals Basic computer skills (email, internet, CRM systems) Professional appearance and demeanor Steady work history Requirements

Availability to work Saturdays and some evenings Valid U.S. Driver’s License Must pass background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening About Us
