Job Opportunity – OB RN Labor & Delivery – Montana

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Lewistown, Montana

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Primary assignment in Labor & Delivery with flexibility to float to Medical-Surgical unit when OB services are closed

Highlights:

• Comprehensive Labor & Delivery role including maternal and fetal monitoring, labor progression management, and delivery assistance
• Responsibilities include administering medications, performing cervical exams, interpreting fetal monitoring strips, and preparing patients for operative deliveries
• Opportunity to provide postpartum education and support families during critical moments
• Cross-training opportunity with Medical-Surgical unit to expand clinical skills

• Ability to respond to obstetric emergencies and provide comprehensive perinatal care

Requirements:

• Active Montana RN license required
• Current Labor & Delivery experience required
• BLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• STABLE Program certification required
• Ability and willingness to float to Medical-Surgical unit as needed
• Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills
