Neuroscience Schizophrenia District Manager - South Central Territory

Johnson & Johnson seeks a District Manager for its Neuroscience division in the South Central Territory (Tennessee, Louisiana, Alabama). This leadership role oversees pharmaceutical sales specialists and manages district business execution for neuroscience products including schizophrenia treatments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Sales Specialists within the district
• Develop and execute compliant promotion of neuroscience products across outpatient and inpatient settings
• Create and implement coordinated district business plan with targeted sales objectives
• Lead demand generation strategy with emphasis on outpatient settings and community hospital care transitions
• Partner with supporting functions in sales, medical affairs, and marketing to achieve business goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree minimum
• Valid driver's license from United States
• Minimum 8 years relevant work experience
• Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sales or commercial experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
• Up to 70% travel capacity including overnight and weekend trips
• Preferred: prior people management experience or management development program completion
