What You'll Do

• Support project documentation including RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders
• Track, organize, and distribute project information to keep teams aligned
• Assist with weekly reporting and project data using BIM processes
• Support 3D coordination using tools like Navisworks to identify and resolve clashes
• Work with project managers, superintendents, and design teams on coordination and issue resolution
• Help maintain up-to-date drawings, specs, and revisions
• Attend meetings, provide updates, and document action items
• Assist with field verification of deliveries and installed work

What You Bring

• Interest in construction management or project engineering
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic understanding of construction processes (RFIs, submittals, scheduling)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Willingness to learn BIM and coordination tools

Preferred

• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• Exposure to BIM tools (Navisworks, Revit)
• Experience in industrial, semiconductor, or pharmaceutical projects (a plus)

• On-site role in Malta, NY
• Long-term project at a single location
• Hands-on work in a fast-paced, team-oriented construction environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Malta, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
