RN Home Health - 13-Week Contract

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (40 hours per week)

Duration: 13 weeks (extension possible)

Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week

On-call info: On-call required if requested- on-call needs are subject to change based on staff and branch needs
Patient Service Area:
Guaranteed Hours: 0 hours
Productivity Units: 30 units
Qualifications: HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) state license

• Minimum 1-2 years RN experience in a clinical care setting

• Minimum 2 years Home Health experience

• Proficiency with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) - Required

• OASIS documentation experience - Required

• Current CPR certification

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Clinical Skills

• Disease and medication management

• Wound care and wound vac management

• PICC line care

• Lab draws

• Urinary catheter changes and maintenance

• Ability to manage a home health caseload independently

Preferred

• CHPN certification

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Education Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma - Required

• BSN - Preferred
