Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on automotive repair experience.
• ASE certifications in relevant service areas.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Own set of reliable professional tools.
• Familiarity with modern vehicle diagnostic equipment and software.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose mechanical or electrical issues accurately.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements.
• Execute complex engine and transmission repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Communicate findings clearly to service advisors to ensure customers understand their vehicle needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency in the shop.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training.
