Duties

• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process transactions efficiently and securely
• Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product information or demos to enhance their shopping experience
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including balancing registers and maintaining accurate cash flow records
• Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to ensure products are well-presented and accessible
• Upsell related products and promotions to maximize sales opportunities while respecting customer preferences
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or assisting customers remotely
• Support inventory management by conducting stock checks and participating in product replenishment activities
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint
