Regional Employer Engagement Manager (Hindmarsh)

Job Description

This newly created role of Regional Employer Engagement Manager will lead a small team of Employer Engagement Managers and manage both internal and external employer relationships, determine strategic priorities and identify and develop pre-Employment programs to support our clients into valuable work.

This is a great opportunity to truly help shape how organisations can employ people with disadvantage, disability, injury or health condition. You will have the opportunity to work with employers around their diversity strategies and how to build that into their recruitment practices.

Location

The location of this role is flexible and can be performed from any atWork Australia office in South Australia or Western Australia.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to network with employers and generate leads and account-manage employers effectively
• Commercial acumen to drive business growth, profitability, quality initiatives and marketing activities
• Drive and initiative to work autonomously
• Highly developed negotiation skills
