WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Renewable Energy Sales Manager works either independently or with other Heyco Regional Sales Personnel to aggressively sell Heyco products to the Renewable Energy/Solar and other focus markets.

• Grow sales in the Renewable Energies/ Solar market
• Build strong relationships with customers & distributors.
• Follow new market segments and identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide product training and support to customers and distributors.
• Assist in development of sales presentations and providing reports based on information collected such as marketing trends, competition, new products, and pricing.
• Collect market research information and/or market share for products. Analyzing the market and competitive situation using existing customer, competitive and market data.
• Assist in development of product launch strategies
• Perform special projects and other duties as required.
• Travel to customer sites, trade shows, events, and company Headquarters- Toms River, NJ (40–50%).

Requirements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Proven experience in customer-facing sales with accountability for growth and execution.
• Experience in the Solar/ renewables industry.
• Experience managing or supporting OEM customers and electrical distribution channel.
• Experience using CRM tools, forecasting, and pipeline management
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding revenue or growth targets
• Valid Drivers License
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

WHAT WILL PUT YOU AHEAD:

• Direct experience with eBOS products.
• Experience with regional or multi-state customer base
• Experience working within a channel or indirect sales model
• Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of a region, and deliver sustained business impact
