divh2Warehouse Associate/h2pLee Summit MO Shift: 1st | Monday - Friday | 6a- Until Finish $900-$1400 a week/paid weekly/ph3Key Responsibilities/h3pLoad and unload freight from trucks, trailers, and containers Sort and organize shipments by destination in the facility Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts Ensure freight is handled with care to prevent damage Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Meet productivity and performance standards Assist with general warehouse duties as needed/ph3Qualifications/h3pAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50100 lbs regularly Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous warehouse or freight handling experience is a plus/ph3Physical Requirements/h3pFrequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift Ability to work in varying temperatures depending on the facility/ppPeople want to work at Capstone because of our high-performance culture.
